If you’d like to close your trading account, just follow these easy steps:
- Make sure your account balance is zero
If you still have funds in your account, please withdraw them first. Account closure is only possible after your balance is cleared. - Contact our support team

- Or sending us a message via Live Chat
Please include the following:
- Your registered email address or account ID
- A short message like: “I’d like to close my account, please.”
- We’ll take care of the rest
Our support team will confirm your request and begin the closure process. You may be asked to verify your identity for security purposes.
Note: Once your account is closed, you won’t be able to log in or access your trading history. Make sure to save anything important before making the request.
