How to clear browser cache and cookies

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can help resolve loading issues, login problems, display errors, or unexpected behavior when using the BABA Option website or app.
If you experience issues such as pages not loading, buttons not responding, or login failures, please try the steps below.

Why clearing cache & cookies helps

Your browser stores temporary files (cache) and small data (cookies) to make websites load faster.
Sometimes outdated or corrupted files can cause:

  • Incorrect or outdated page display

  • “Session expired” errors

  • Login or authentication issues

  • Buttons or menus not working properly

Clearing cache & cookies refreshes your browser and often resolves these issues immediately.

How to Clear Cache & Cookies by Browser

Google Chrome (desktop)

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner

  3. Select Settings

  4. Go to Privacy and security

  5. Click Clear browsing data

  6. Choose Time range: All time

  7. Check the boxes:

    • ✔ Cookies and other site data

    • ✔ Cached images and files

  8. Click Clear data

  9. Restart your browser and log in to BABA Option again

Google Chrome (Mac)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click on Chrome on the top left and select Clear browsing data.
  3. With the time range set as All time, check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    • If you clear Cookies and other site data, you will be signed out of most websites requiring your credentials to log back in.
  4. Select Clear data and then restart Chrome.

Google Chrome (Android)

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open Chrome.
  2. Tap on More on the top right (shown as 3 vertical dots).
  3. Select History and tap on Clear browsing data.
  4. Select All time as the time range.
  5. Tick the Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Tap on Clear data.
  7. Restart Chrome.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click on Safari on the top left, then open Preferences.
  3. Select Advanced from the tabs, and then tick the box Show Develop menu in the menu bar; close Preferences.
  4. Select Develop in the safari menu and select Empty Caches.
  5. Click on Safari on the top left, then open Preferences.
  6. This time, select Privacy. Click on Manage Website Data under Cookies and website data and then Remove All; click Remove Now to complete.
    1. If you remove website data, you will need to log back in to the site with your credentials.

Safari (iOS)

  1. Open your Settings then Safari.
  2. Scroll all the way down and select Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Tap Clear History and Data and confirm.
  4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Microsoft Edge (desktop)

  1. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner

  2. Select Settings

  3. Go to Privacy, search, and services

  4. Find Clear browsing data

  5. Click Choose what to clear

  6. Select:

    • ✔ Cookies and other site data

    • ✔ Cached images and files

  7. Click Clear now

Firefox (desktop)

  1. Click the menu icon (≡)

  2. Select Settings

  3. Click Privacy & Security

  4. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data

  5. Click Clear Data

  6. Check both boxes

  7. Click Clear to confirm

Opera (desktop)

  1. Open Opera.
  2. Select the cog icon from the left-hand menu to open Settings.
  3. Under Privacy and security, click Clear browsing data.
  4. Select All Time from the Time range and have Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files selected; then click Clear data.
  5. Exit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

After clearing cache & cookies

Please return to the BABA Option login page and try again.
If the issue continues, we recommend:

  • Trying another browser

  • Using private/incognito mode

  • Restarting your device
