If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can reset it in just a few steps.

Go to the Login Page
- Visit the BABA Option website or open the mobile app.
- Click Login at the top right corner.
- Click “Forgot Password?”

Enter Your Registered Email
- Type in the email address associated with your account.
- Click Submit.

Check Your Email
- You will receive a PIN Code email within a few minutes.
- If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Enter the PIN Code
- Type the PIN Code on the password reset screen

Reset Your Password
- Enter your new password (must meet security requirements).
- Confirm your new password
- Your password will be updated, and you can log in immediately
