When you request a withdrawal, your bonus will be reduced proportionally based on the percentage of your balance that you withdraw.
Simply put — the more you withdraw, the more your bonus will be reduced.
However, internal transfers between eligible accounts do NOT reduce your bonus.
Your bonus will move with your balance and remain active as long as it is transferred to another eligible account.
1. How the proportional reduction works (withdrawals only)
Your bonus is connected to your actual balance.
So if you withdraw a certain percentage of your balance, the same percentage of your bonus will be reduced.
Example (easy to understand):
Account balance (excluding bonus): ¥100,000
Bonus amount: ¥10,000
Withdrawal request: ¥50,000 (50%)
👉 Because you withdrew 50% of your balance, 50% of your bonus (¥5,000) will also be reduced.
This rule applies regardless of the withdrawal amount—big or small.
2. If your withdrawal is canceled
If your withdrawal request is:
canceled by you, or
rejected due to verification issues or other reasons
then the reduced bonus amount will be automatically restored to your account.
You won’t lose your bonus from a failed or canceled withdrawal.
3. If your balance becomes too low
After your withdrawal is processed, if your remaining balance (excluding bonus) falls below ¥1,000,
your entire bonus amount may be removed from your account.
This is because a minimum actual balance is required to keep the bonus active.
4. Important reminders
Only successful withdrawals will reduce your bonus.
Internal transfers between eligible accounts will not reduce your bonus.
Your bonus cannot go into a negative amount.
Your bonus does not increase automatically; it only reduces according to withdrawal rules.
