Withdrawal Availability
Withdrawals can be requested 24 hours a day during the business days
Actual processing times vary by payment method.
You can view the estimated processing time for each method directly in your Client Portal.
Account Ownership Requirements
The payment method used for withdrawals must be registered under the exact same legal name as the name registered on your BABA Option account.
If the name does not match, the withdrawal will fail automatically for security reasons.
Accuracy of Withdrawal Information
Please ensure that all account details—such as bank account numbers, wallet addresses, and card information—are entered correctly and completely.
Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or rejection of your withdrawal.
Number of Withdrawal Attempts
There is no limit to the number of withdrawal requests you may submit per day.
However, each payment method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits, which can be viewed inside the PA.
Processing Time & Payment Method Availability
BABA Option reserves the right to update processing times based on system conditions, security requirements, or payment provider limitations.
Certain payment methods may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, availability issues, or regional restrictions.
Trading Activity Requirements
To maintain compliance and prevent misuse, BABA Option reserves the right to review, delay, or cancel withdrawal requests from accounts that show no trading activity or irregular funding patterns.
Additional verification or documentation may be required if suspicious activity is detected.
Payment Method Conditions
Your available withdrawal methods depend on:
Your registered region
Your account verification status
Your previously used deposit method
In general, most payment methods require a successful prior deposit before withdrawals can be enabled for that method.
External Fees
BABA Option never charges withdrawal fees.
However, banks, PSPs, or blockchain networks may apply their own fees, which are outside of our control.
