What are the requirements for making a deposit?

Before making your first deposit, please ensure that the following requirements have been completed. Meeting these requirements helps ensure your deposit is processed smoothly and securely.

1. Register a BABA Option account

You must have an active BABA Option account before you can access any deposit services.

If you have not yet registered, please complete the account registration process first.

2. Complete identity verification (KYC)

To comply with regulatory and security requirements, you must complete the required identity verification before using payment services.

This includes:

• Proof of Identity (POI) – such as a passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
• Proof of Residence (POR) – such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the accepted validity period.

3. Verify your mobile phone number

Your mobile phone number must be verified before you can access available payment methods.

Phone verification helps protect your account and enhances payment security.

4. Use an available payment method

The payment methods available to you depend on your country or region.

After completing the required verification, log in to your Client Portal and navigate to Funds → Deposit to view the payment methods available for your account.

Only supported payment methods will be displayed.

Use your own payment account

Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.

Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in the transaction being rejected.

Always start your deposit from the Client Portal

Initiate every deposit through the Client Portal.

Payment instructions generated outside the Client Portal may no longer be valid and could cause delays or failed transactions.

Follow the payment instructions carefully

Before confirming your payment, please ensure that:

• The deposit amount is within the permitted minimum and maximum limits.
• The payment details are entered accurately.
• The selected payment method is available for your country or region.
• All instructions displayed during the deposit process are followed.
