Verifying your account ensures that only you can access it, enhances security, and removes deposit and withdrawal limitations.
The verification process is simple and only takes a few minutes. Just follow the steps below.
Identity verification (Proof of Identity)
- Log into your Client Portal
- Click Profile tab and select Proof of Identity
- Select the issuing country of your Proof of Identity and select the respective document type.
- Upload the document according to verified document requirements.
- Click Submit.
We accept the following:
- Passport
- National ID Card
- Driver’s License
Other official identity documents
Once these documents are submitted, verification may take up to 24 hours. If your verification documents have been rejected, you may begin the process again from identity verification. You can check your current verification status by logging into your Client Portal and checking the verification under Profile tab.
Residence Verification (Proof of Residence)
- Log into your Client Portal
- Click Profile tab and select Proof of Residence
- Select the issuing country of your Proof of Residence and select the respective document type.
- Upload the document according to verified document requirements.
- Click Submit.
We accept the following:
- Utility bills (e.g., electricity, water, gas, phone)
- Bank account statement
- Credit card statement
- Residence permit
- Residence certificate
- Tax bill or tax return
- Government-issued letters or documents
- Passport, ID card, or driver’s license (if showing address)
