You can check your verification status from the Client Portal. An email is sent once your verification documents, proof of identity (POI) and/or proof of residence (POR) are submitted and again when they have been reviewed (approved or rejected).

Here are some verification statuses that may be displayed and what they mean.
No verification steps were completed
This status is displayed if you have not started the verification process.
POI or POR submitted
This status is displayed once your POI or POR has been submitted
POI or POR approved
This status is displayed once your POI or POR has been approved
POI or POR rejected
This status is displayed once your POI or POR has been expired. You will receive a notification email to update your POI or POR
