1. What is Abusive Trading?
At BABA Option, we want all clients to trade in a fair and safe environment.
Abusive Trading means trading in a way that is not fair, and is done to take advantage of the system, bonuses, or technical conditions, instead of normal market trading.
Examples of abusive trading include:
Trading only to misuse bonus conditions
Repeating very short trades to exploit system delays
Using multiple accounts or other people’s accounts
Using automated tools or methods to gain unfair profits
Trading with no real market risk, only to secure guaranteed profit
These are examples only.
Final decisions are based on our Terms and Conditions.
2. What happens if abusive trading is found?
If abusive trading is clearly confirmed, BABA Option may take the following actions:
Cancel bonus funds
Remove profits made from abusive trading
Confiscate the deposit (principal), if necessary
These actions are taken to protect fair traders and keep the platform safe for everyone.
3. Do normal traders need to worry?
No. Normal traders do not need to worry.
If you trade honestly, accept market risk, and use normal strategies, you are not affected.
We do not take action simply because:
You trade often
You make profits
You win or lose trades
Only intentional abuse of the system is a problem.
4. Why is this rule necessary?
If abusive trading is allowed:
Some users gain unfair advantages
Other traders are treated unfairly
The platform becomes unstable
-
This rule helps us keep:
Fair trading conditions
Stable withdrawals
Ongoing bonus campaigns
Reliable service quality
In the end, this protects honest traders.
5. What if I am not sure about my trading method?
If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Support Team or email us at support@babaoption.com before trading.
We are happy to explain and help you trade safely.
Important Note
BABA Option is built for traders who value fair and responsible trading.
Our rules exist to protect the majority of users who trade honestly.
Thank you for your understanding.
