PWA (Progressive Web App) – Unable to Log In

Are you having trouble logging in on iOS?
Please follow the steps below.
 

1. Check whether you have created a live account

You may not be able to log in to the PWA if your live account has not been created yet.

First, create your live account using the link below, then try again:
https://www.babaoption.com/userpage/accounts/accounts

2. Check Your Safari Browser “Desktop Website” Setting

The PWA is optimized for mobile devices, not desktop view.

If the Request Desktop Website setting is enabled in Safari, you may experience login issues.

Please follow these steps:

1. Completely close the PWA.
2. Go to Settings → Apps → Safari and turn off Request Desktop Website.
3. Open the PWA again and try logging in.
