UPI (India)

UPI (Unified Payments Interface) is a local payment method available through Local Transfer, allowing you to make instant deposits directly from your supported UPI application or bank account.

Once your payment has been successfully received and verified, the funds will be credited to your selected trading account.

 

How do I deposit using UPI?

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Go to Funds → Deposit.
  3. Select Local Transfer as your payment method.
  4. Select the trading account you wish to fund.
  5. Confirm the deposit currency.
  6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
  7. Review your deposit details.
  8. Click Proceed to Payment.
  9. Complete your payment by following the instructions displayed on the payment page. Depending on the available payment option, you may:
    • Scan a QR code using your preferred UPI application.
    • Open a supported UPI application to authorize the payment.
    • Use the displayed UPI ID to complete a manual transfer.
  10. If additional information, such as a UTR (Reference Number), is requested after your payment, enter it as instructed.
  11. Once your payment has been successfully received and verified, your funds will be credited to your trading account.

 

Processing Time

UPI deposits are normally processed within a few minutes.

In some cases, processing may take longer depending on your payment provider or banking network.

The estimated processing time will be displayed during the deposit process.

To ensure your deposit is processed successfully, please follow the guidelines below.

Use your own bank account or UPI account.

Deposits must be made using a bank account or UPI account registered in your own name.

Third-party payments may be rejected or require additional verification.

 

Use the payment details generated for your current deposit.

The payment details generated for your current deposit, such as a QR code, UPI ID, or payment request, are valid only for that transaction.

Always use the payment details displayed during your current deposit.

 

Do not reuse previous payment details.

Payment details generated during the deposit process may change or expire.

Always initiate a new deposit through your Client Portal and follow the payment instructions provided for that transaction.

 

Follow the payment instructions displayed on the payment page.

Depending on the available payment option, you may be asked to:

  • Scan a QR code.
  • Approve a payment request in your UPI application.
  • Complete a manual transfer using a UPI ID.
  • Provide additional information after completing your payment.

Some payment options may require you to enter your UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) after completing your payment.

If requested, please ensure that you enter the correct UTR to help us verify your transaction.

 

Complete your payment before it expires.

If your payment request expires before you complete the payment, simply start a new deposit request.

 

Keep your payment receipt.

Please keep your payment receipt until your deposit has been successfully credited.
