How do I deposit using Alipay?
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Go to Funds → Deposit.
- Select E-Wallets.
- Select Alipay.
- Select the trading account you wish to fund.
- Confirm the deposit currency.
- Enter your Chinese Name exactly as registered with your Alipay account.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
- Review your deposit details.
- Click Next.
- Review your Deposit Information.
- Click Proceed to Payment.
- You will be redirected to the Alipay payment page.
- Open the Alipay app and complete the payment by following the on-screen instructions.
- Once your payment has been successfully completed, return to your Client Portal.
- Your deposit will be credited after the payment has been received and verified.
Processing Time
Alipay deposits are normally processed within a few minutes.
In some cases, processing may take longer depending on the payment provider.
The estimated processing time will be displayed during the deposit process.

Why can't I see Alipay?
