Always create a new deposit request before sending cryptocurrency.

Before sending cryptocurrency, always create a new deposit request through your Client Portal.

Each deposit request generates the deposit information required for that specific transaction.

Sending cryptocurrency without first creating a deposit request may delay the processing of your deposit.

Always use the deposit address generated for your current deposit request.

The deposit address generated for your current deposit request may be different from one used previously.

Before sending cryptocurrency, always verify the deposit address displayed in your Client Portal.

Do not send cryptocurrency to a deposit address from a previous transaction unless it is displayed for your current deposit request.

Use the correct cryptocurrency.

Only send the cryptocurrency that matches the generated deposit address.

Sending any other cryptocurrency may result in the permanent loss of your funds.

Select the correct blockchain network.

Some cryptocurrencies are available on multiple blockchain networks.

Please ensure that the sending network exactly matches the network shown in your Client Portal.

Transfers made using an unsupported network cannot be recovered.

Wait for blockchain confirmations.

Your deposit will be credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations has been completed.

Confirmation times vary depending on network conditions.

Keep your transaction details.
