How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the procedures of financial institutions.
In particular, for bank transfers, BABA Option’s internal processing time and the actual time it takes for funds to appear in your account may differ, so please review the information below carefully.

1. What are the processing times by payment method?

Bank Transfer

For bank transfers, deposits and withdrawals are processed within up to 48 business hours internally.

However, this timeframe refers only to the time required for BABA Option to receive, review, and approve your withdrawal request.
The actual time for the funds to appear in your bank account may take longer due to additional processing by banks and payment institutions.

Please note the following:

  • 48 hours = BABA Option internal processing time
  • Actual arrival time = Internal processing time + Bank processing time

Even if your withdrawal is processed within 48 hours, the funds may appear in your account afterward.

Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 3 hours.
However, actual confirmation times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions and the policies of wallets/exchanges.

2. What does “up to 48 business hours” mean?

“Up to 48 business hours” means that processing may take up to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For example:

  • Withdrawal requested on Monday → processed by Wednesday
  • Withdrawal requested on Friday afternoon → processed by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week

Depending on the timing of your request, the actual waiting time may feel longer.

※ Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.

3. Why hasn’t the money arrived even though 48 hours have passed?

“Up to 48 hours” refers to BABA Option’s internal processing time only.
It does not guarantee that the funds will be credited to your bank account within that timeframe.

Withdrawals follow the process below:

Withdrawal Process

  • The customer submits a withdrawal request
  • BABA Option reviews and verifies the request
  • Withdrawal is approved (this step may take up to 48 business hours)
  • The transfer is processed via a third-party payment service provider (PSP)
  • Funds are credited to the customer’s account

Even after the withdrawal is approved, additional time may be required depending on banking systems and financial institution procedures.

4. How long does it take for the funds to reach my account?

After internal processing (up to 48 business hours),
it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to be credited, depending on your bank or financial institution.

In summary:

  • Internal processing: up to 48 business hours
  • Bank processing: additional 1–3 business days

5. What are the main reasons for delays?

Delays may occur due to:

  • Interbank processing delays
  • Bank processing outside business hours
  • Weekends or public holidays
  • Verification of recipient account information
  • Internal security checks by financial institutions

6. Are weekends and holidays included in processing time?

No.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

For example, if a withdrawal is requested on Friday evening,
processing will effectively begin on the next business day (Monday).

7. What should I do if funds are not received after 3 business days?

If your withdrawal has been approved and more than 3 business days have passed without receiving the funds,
please contact our support team.

We will review your transaction status and assist you accordingly.
