Can I transfer funds between different currency accounts?

At this time, our platform does not support currency exchange or transfers between different currency accounts.

Each currency account operates as a separate and independent balance, and once funds are deposited or credited to a specific currency account, they can only be used and withdrawn in that same currency.


Important points to note

  • Transfers between different currency accounts (e.g., JPY → USDT, USDT → BTC) are not supported
    The examples above are for reference only; this applies to all currency combinations.

  • Internal currency exchange functionality is not available

  • Deposit currency and withdrawal currency must be the same


Bonus-Related Information

Bonuses and profits generated from bonuses are fixed to the currency in which the bonus was issued.

  • JPY bonus → Credited to the JPY account

  • Bonus profits can be withdrawn only in JPY

  • Conversion to other currencies or cryptocurrency is not supported


Why are currency transfers not available?

Based on our system structure and operational policies, the platform does not provide internal currency exchange or cross-currency transfer functionality.

This approach helps ensure:

  • Clear and transparent fund management

  • Fair and consistent treatment for all users

  • Stable and reliable service operation
