You can easily check the status of your deposit or withdrawal by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Log in to your BABA Option account.
Step 2: Go to the Transaction History
Navigate to Funds → Transaction History
Step 3: Check the status
You will see the status of each transaction, such as:
Processing – Your request is being processed
This means your funds have not yet been reflected in your account because the payment has not been successfully completed.
Local transfer: You must complete the deposit by making the actual local bank transfer.
Cryptocurrency deposit: You must complete the crypto transfer from your own wallet.
If the status remains Processing, it means the requested amount will not be credited unless you complete the deposit from your side.
Approved – The transaction has been completed
This means we have successfully confirmed your payment, and the funds have now been reflected in your trading account.
Rejected – The request was not completed
This means your payment failed and the transaction was not completed.
How long does it take?
Deposits are usually processed quickly, but may take longer depending on the payment method.
Withdrawals may take some time to review and process, depending on verification status and payment method.
What if my transaction is taking longer than expected?
If your deposit or withdrawal remains in Processing status longer than expected, please contact our Customer Support Team with:
Your account email
Transaction date
Amount and payment method
