I want to cancel my deposit or withdrawal. What should I do?

If your transaction is in Processing status and you want it cancelled or removed, please contact our Customer Support Team or email us at support@babaoption.com

Processing transactions cannot always be canceled automatically by the system.

Cancelling a Deposit

If the deposit is in Processing

  • The transaction has not been completed yet

  • To cancel or remove the Processing status, please contact Customer Support

  • Our team will check the status and assist you accordingly

⚠️ For crypto deposits, if the transfer has already been sent from your wallet, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancelling a Withdrawal

If the withdrawal is in Processing

  • The request is currently under review

  • If you want to cancel the withdrawal or remove the Processing status, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible

  • Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible and guide you on the next steps

⚠️ Once a withdrawal is Approved, it cannot be canceled.

How to contact Customer Support

Please prepare the following information when contacting us:

  • Your account email address

  • Transaction ID

  • Requested amount

  • Payment method

This will help us assist you faster.

  • Processing status means the request is being handled normally
