How do I check my deposit or withdrawal status?

You can easily check the status of your deposit or withdrawal by following these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account

Log in to your BABA Option account.

Step 2: Go to the Transaction History

Navigate to FundsTransaction History

Step 3: Check the status

You will see the status of each transaction, such as:

Processing – Your request is being processed

Deposit

  • This means your funds have not yet been reflected in your account because the payment has not been successfully completed.

  • Local transfer: You must complete the deposit by making the actual local bank transfer.

  • Cryptocurrency deposit: You must complete the crypto transfer from your own wallet.

  • If the status remains Processing, it means the requested amount will not be credited unless you complete the deposit from your side.

Withdrawal

Your withdrawal request is under review and being processed.

This is a normal status and does not indicate an error.

While your withdrawal is in Processing status:

  • Our team is reviewing the request

  • Security and verification checks may be in progress

  • The withdrawal has not failed

⚠️ Important

  • Withdrawals are not canceled automatically while in Processing

  • Please do not submit multiple withdrawal requests for the same amount

Approved – The transaction has been completed

Deposit

This means we have successfully confirmed your payment, and the funds have now been reflected in your live account.

Withdrawal

Your withdrawal has been completed successfully.

  • The withdrawal has been approved and processed

  • Funds have been sent to your selected withdrawal method

  • Depending on the payment method, it may take additional time to appear in your wallet or bank account

Rejected – The request was not completed

Deposit

This means your deposit was not completed and the payment failed.

Common reasons include:

  • The transfer was not completed from your side

  • Incorrect payment information

  • Network or payment provider issues

Withdrawal

Your withdrawal request was not completed.

A withdrawal may be rejected due to reasons such as:

  • Incomplete KYC verification

  • Incorrect withdrawal information

  • Not meeting withdrawal requirements

If your withdrawal is rejected, please contact Customer Support for details.

How long does it take?

  • Deposits are usually processed quickly, but may take longer depending on the payment method.

  • Withdrawals may take some time to review and process, depending on verification status and payment method.

What if my transaction is taking longer than expected?

If your deposit or withdrawal remains in Processing status longer than expected, please contact our Customer Support Team with:

  • Your account email

  • Transaction date

  • Amount and payment method

We will be happy to assist you.

Note

Please make sure your KYC verification is completed, as incomplete verification may delay withdrawals.
